This house is part of an estate, and is situated in a small cresent which has only 3 houses, making it extra quite and private. To the rear you have the pool, which overlooks the gardens of other houses. To the sides you have good size gardens (which are maintained weekly). The front looks out on the cresent which has a planted island in the middle. There are no houses directly in front of the unit. The estate is in the country, but has all the required facilities nearby.

More Information

This is a new 2001 privately owned house. Heated pool with enclosed deck, Security Alert alarms on all doors & windows leading directly onto the pool (to prevent accidental entry to pool area by infants), large double garage. It is fully air conditioned / heated, and is situated on its own large private site (which is set on an angle allowing it not to be directly overlooked). It is at the end of a small crescent, therefore there is no through traffic. The convention center is about a 25 minute drive away. **Located in the Clermont area (Clear Creek sector located in the Woodridge area) 2 miles north of the junction of the 192 and the 27 ---- quite central for your vacation trips to Disney World, as the drive to Disney is 10 minutes (8 miles).

Distances

• Orlando International (MCO) Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby. There are lots of top class golf courses just a few minutes drive away. Legends golf course is a beautiful course 10 minutes to the north and Polo Park East and West 2 executive courses are just a couple of minutes south.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are units at the entrance of the estate, including a large supermarket. Although there are shops near, a car is still preferable. The drive from the airport is 30 minutes away and the drive from Disney is 10 minutes (8 miles). A new Wal-Mart superstore has recently opened just 2 minutes down Highway 27.
• Lake is located within a 5 minute(s) drive. There are lots of local lakes, but most ocean drives are just over 1 hour's drive. There are lots of beaches just over 1 hour's drive away, both on the east and west coasts. Clearwater (Tampa) is one such beach.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal
Personal cheque can be in US dollars or Euro. Credit card payments are processed via PayPal and there is a 3% surcharge for this option. Short notice requests must be paid via Paypal.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $15 per day. A minimum of 3 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
