    • The Orlando International Airport is a 30 minute drive to the villa. Sanford Airport is a 45 minutes drive away and Tampa Airport is approximately 90 minutes driving away.
    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There are about 50 golf courses within a 30 mile radius. Driving is essential.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Walmart is within minutes of the villa on the US 27. Most guests rent a vehicle so they can access the wide variety of shops and restaurants throughout the area. The 192 is only 2 miles from the villa.
    • Lake Louisa is only 2 miles from the villa.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 70 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 13 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
