The Villa is located in the popular Sunrise Lakes location just 7 miles from Disney. This elegant 4 bedroom 3 full bath vacation home overlooks the lake with stunning views, and is perfect for extended family vacation groups, sleeping up to 10 guests.
The lounge opens out to the shaded lanai, which opens into the sparkling, refreshing pool and hot tub.
Sleeping accommodation at Lakeside Villa includes 2 master bedrooms, each with
vaulted ceilings, and two other bedrooms. There is also a sleeper sofa that can accommodate 2.
The kitchen is fully equipped.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Plenty of restaurants and shopping within a mile or two from the Villa.
    • There are 2 or 3 small scenic lakes. One is directly behind the Villa where guests can enjoy the view from the private pool and hot-tub, or take a stroll around the lake. The other lakes are within walking distance (less than a mile).
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    Please discuss cancellation policy with Owner.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 20 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
