1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The pretty second double bedroom with its sea theme, has voile curtaining and vertical blinds for your privacy. There is a ceiling fan for your comfort. The floor is carpeted. A cable TV is provided.

View of the residential development. There are other villas in the vicinity. Many owners have erected fences for privacy. This house has large bushes planted round the pool for a softer effect.

More Information

The games room has a foosball table, pool table, table tennis, darts, quoits, and items for use in the pool. Our deck is extra large to allow for sunbeds, and has a planter alongside the pool. The villa has ceiling fans in all rooms, for your comfort, and is carpeted.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

40% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for £15 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
