    An iron and board complete the laundry facilities. All doors leading to the pool are alarmed to prevent unsupervised child access to the pool area. A ‘pack and play’ cot and high chair are provided at no extra charge. The Resort Clubhouse is well-equipped to meet all community needs including free use of computer terminals with internet access, a large screen television in a comfortably furnished lounge and an outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi/spa. For those wanting a more active time there is also a gym, outdoor table tennis, and a children's playground.     Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 70 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 20 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
