Our home has everything you will require to have a fabulous holiday in the sunshine state. It comes complete with covered Lanai, luxury table and chairs for dining alfresco. Games room with pool, table tennis, darts, foosball, and air hockey...so the fun doesn't end when you leave the parks!! A 24 hour super Wall-mart is only 2 miles away.

Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
