Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Discover Card - Cash
20% deposit or $250 ( whichever is higher) due upon booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancel 30 to 15 days prior to arrival: $250 fee. Cancel within 14 days to arrival: full reservation. Security Damage Deposit of $250 with a valid credit card and a positive ID required upon check in / arrival. Additional Accidental Damage Waiver available at check in as well.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
