The villa is located close enough to Walt Disney's Disney World to see the night's spectacular fireworks' displays from your poolside each evening. Our villa is also only a short distance from several award winning PGA Golf Courses including Champions Gate whose courses were designed by Greg Norman. With the coast never more than a 60 minute drive away, our villa is ideal for access to the glorious Gulf Coast with its white sandy beaches or the beautiful beaches of Daytona, Cocoa Beach and Boca Raton on the east coast.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
