    This new home located at the gated community of Mission Park features 4 bedrooms 2 baths along with 2 very spacious living areas with upgraded furniture. High ceilings throughout. A very spacious, beautiful and well maintained home for a large family vacation. The fabulous screen-in pool and deck are larger than average for maximum enjoyment and family entertainment. Bedding consist of large master with king bed, TV & en-suite, 1 Double with TV, 2 twin bedrooms and sleeper sofa. You’ll be able to enjoy all the comforts of home with the pleasures of being away.     Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $50 a week.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50 per day.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for $22 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
