2 Single/Twin Beds and 2 Single/Twin Cots. This bedroom is upstairs on the mezzanine and contains a large desk and in addition two sofa beds are available.
1 King Bed. Large bedroom upstairs with its own private outside staircase to go in and out of the house privately. The bedroom has a small desk and a large table, with armoire and commode.
1 Queen Bed. The master bedroom is large with a bay window and a window looking at the terrace to the west in the orchard. It is large enough to accommodate a salon Louis XV and is directly connected to the master bathroom equipped with a huge round tub, two basins and a shower.
Bathroom 1 has bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has shower, hair dryer and two basins.
The house is in the middle of a 2 hectare forest, the front of the house is looking (east) at the trees and the back of the house is looking (west) at the orchard.
Electricity, gas and water are included.
• Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Orly airports are about 2 hours by shuttle (can be arranged on demand for about 150 Euros).
Otherwise, a bus from CDG and a train from Orly will take you directly to Gare Montparnasse, where you have trains to Chartres every hour and in Chartres you have trains for Brou, and in Brou a taxi will take you to the unit.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is a golf course in Brou 6 km.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). You can drive 2 km to Unverre and have shops and simple restaurants.
Drive 6 km to Brou and have plenty of shops, a pizzeria, a creperie and 3 good restaurants.
Drive 15 km to Chateaudun and have plenty of restaurants.
Drive 20 km to Cloyes and have a 5 star restaurant.
Drive 45 km to Chartres and have plenty of choice of restaurants.
120 km to Paris.
• The Normandy beaches are about 2 hours north of the property.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque
A security deposit is required at the time of booking to cover any possible damage. It will not be deposited and will be returned 30 days after departure, if no damage has been noticed. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure the rental, with the balance due 7 days before arrival.

• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
