Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Keyless entry code is provided after full payment. Check In/Out times are not flexible.

Cancellation 15 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100.00 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival)
