This fantastic second floor, 3 bed 2 bath condo is located on the famous Club Cortile, just off the Seven Dwarfs area of Kissimmee. You are less than six miles to Disney World & right next to all the shops & restaurants on the world famous 192 area. But still far enough away in the tranquil settings of Club Cortile. The resort has a club house, heated pool & spa, tennis, basketball, gym & internet in the club house. The house has AC, washer & dryer, & all the appliances you will need for the perfect vacation. The master bedroom has a king size bed & ensuite bathroom. The second room is a queen bed & room three is twin beds. Both these rooms share the second bathroom. The house has cable package & TC with the patio balcony providing a great place to relax & unwind after the parks with its conservation views. The home was newly decorated & furnished in Sept 2012.
