Newly renovated top floor condo for 4 people. Close to largest of 3 pools and 3 hot tubs, in a very well run, neat and tidy complex. The balcony looks across to the golf course. Nicely furnished, Mexican-style, with all amenities, including fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, washer and dryer, and bathroom with tub and shower. We are a 5 minute walk to the beach and a10-15 minute walk into the peaceful old colonial town of San Jose. A regular transit bus will take you to the nearby grocery store, in just a few minutes, and also into town.
A bonus self-contained suite, with a queen bed, is located up one flight of stairs, which can also be rented, for an additional cost, of $250.00 per week, if accommodation for 6 people is required.
