Unique Historical Home This is a unique historical home located in downtown Coleman. Beautifully decorated and fully furnished, this home is an ideal weekend retreat. Nestled in the Canadian Rockies, and surrounded by unlimited trails, this area is great for the outdoor enthusiasts. If you like to fish, there are several lakes nearby, as well as the famous Crowsnest river! This getaway is within walking distance of convenience stores, a bakery, specialty coffee shop, restaurants, beautiful playground, tennis courts, and outdoor water park for children. Only a 5 minute drive to an 18 hole golf course. |

Distances
• For out of town visitors the most likely airport will be the Calgary International Airport. Calgary is 256 km North form the Crowsnest Pass.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The nearest 18 hole golf course is located on highway 3 in the Crowsnest Pass. There are several other golf course in Pinche Creek, Sparwood, Eklford and Fernie all within less than a 1 hour drive. Golf Packages available. Please call for more details. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Fernie ski Resort is located 45 minutes West on Highway 3. Castle Mountain Resort is located 50 minutes to the Southeast on Highway 507. The Pass Powder Keg is our local ski hill located in Blairmore. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Crowsnest Pass consist of five little towns each with their own stores and numerous restaurants and coffee shops. There are also a number of crafts and souvenirs stores. • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Chinook and Crowsnest Lakes are a 10 minute drive West of Coleman. Chinook Lake is 10 minute drive West of Coleman that gives you the opportunity to enjoy a picnic, a campfire, a walk around the lake, fishing and swimming.
Payment Details
The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under the age of 12 years old stay free. • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
