House is 1/2 mile back and 400 feet above the beach for an unobstructed sea view. Our adjoining lot has trees, cactus, flowering shrubs, etc. Property is fully walled and gated, the area is completely safe and crime-free, and there is no traffic since it is the last house on a dead-end street.
While the large front deck provides a perfect view of the ocean and beach, the rear courtyard has the heated pool, hammock, patio table, and a shady lounging area. All areas are very private.

Loaner car is included in the base price, full insurance included (driver must be 25 years or older), or ask about daily shuttle service option.
Free airport transportation (one round trip per booking). Use the automatic washer for your personal laundry at no charge. Host/caretaker lives on site (penthouse level with separate entrance) for assistance and information, but respects your privacy. Maid 2 X week. Loaner cell phone is provided for local calls (one 'pay as you go' card included). Free long distance telephone to the U. S. & Canada. High Speed broadband wireless internet.
