Pretty view of the countryside and the woods. Peaceful position. Equipped outdoor area facing the house and equipped paved area (35 m2). A small country road passes in front of the house. Parking. DISTANCES: 1 km grocery shops, 3 km Colle Val d'Elsa (all kinds of shops), 20 km S. Gimignano, 25 km Siena, 50 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) with kitchen corner (oven, freezer), 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine). 1st fl.: 1 twin bedded room separated on two sides by curtains, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Simple furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
