A delightful apartment (65m2) that has two floors has been created in the annexe and the second apartment on the first floor of the main house. The guests have at their disposal a large private and equipped terrace that is adjacent to the apartment as well as part of the garden. Shared with the owners: a beautiful swimming pool (7x12) and a small but perfectly equipped gym with bathroom with two showers. Covered parking space. Shared laundry room with access from outside. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. DISTANCES: Grocery shop 200 m away, 2 km Colle Val d'Elsa (all kinds of shops), 10 km San Gimignano, 20 km Volterra and Siena, 35 Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: Upper gr. fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV) with double divan bed and kitchen corner (freezer). Gr. fl.: kitchenette (oven, freezer), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Adjacent to the apartment a large private equipped terrace where there is also 1 bathroom with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
