Ancient 17th century convent that has been recently restored and divided into 10 apartments just 1 km from the medieval centre of Colle Val d'Elsa. The convent is located at the edge of the town and the guests can go for beautiful walks throughout the hillside property of 4 ha with vineyards and poplar woods, where the owner's villa is also located. Shared: equipped outdoor area with swimming pool (7x14) (10/5-30/9), changing rooms and facilities, laundry room (washing machine upon payment: 5 Euro/load). The LEPRI 5-7-10 apartments are accessed by a shared room with a fireplace and WC (washbasin). Comfortable rustic-style furniture. Reserved parking space. Possibility of a cook for lunches/dinners. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
