Borgo al Cerro is an extremely beautiful country house situated half way up a hill from where you have a 360° view over the countryside. The building has been carefully restored, a large part of the original materials were used and 18 holiday apartments have been created, each one is different from the other and they are built over various levels, in accordance with the architectural structure of the building. The two biggest apartments have been obtained from the restoration of the ancient hayloft a few meters from the main structure. Peaceful and relaxing position. Around the property are large equipped grassy areas with barbecue and a lovely shared swimming pool (10x20) with jacuzzi and a small cottage with changing room and WC, recreation area for children (swing, slide, etc.), small fitness area. Each apartment has: satellite TV, microwave, wall safe, private outdoor area, a reserved parking space. It is possible to rent mountain bikes, beach towels for use at the pool, additional bed linen etc. It is possible also to request professional massage personnel. Shared laundry room with washing machine. There is a restaurant in the complex. Upon request and against payment breakfast can be provided. The equipment and furniture are pleasant and practical. It is possible to book CERRO C1 and C3 together (the 2 apartments can communicate) under the name CERRO C4. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
