Beautiful stone farmhouse recently restored and situated amidst the green hills surrounding Siena in quiet and panoramic location. The house offers 6 nice apartments, all of which tastefully furnished in a traditional style. At guests disposal: furnished garden, swimming-pool (12x6 m maximum depth 2 m) and shared barbecue. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Maid service available by arrangement Euro15/hour to be paid on the spot. An extra bed can be hired by paying an extra charge of Euro 50/week, payable locally. Parking. Baby-bed available (Euro 15/week/each).Central heating.
ACCOMMODATION: (80 m2) Gr. fl.: living-room (sat. TV) with fireplace, double sofa-bed, kitchen corner (oven, freezer, dishwasher) and dining area, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower (washing-machine). Private equipped outdoor area.
LOCATION: Le Grazie with food shops 3 km, Colle Val D Elsa with all kinds of shops 6 km, San Gimignano 12 km, Siena 20 km, Florence 40 km.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
