Beautiful stone farmhouse recently restored and situated amidst the green hills surrounding Siena in quiet and panoramic location. The house offers 6 nice apartments, all of which tastefully furnished in a traditional style. At guests disposal: furnished garden, swimming-pool (12x6 m maximum depth 2 m) and shared barbecue. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Maid service available by arrangement Euro15/hour to be paid on the spot. An extra bed can be hired by paying an extra charge of Euro 50/week, payable locally. Parking. Baby-bed available (Euro 15/week/each).Central heating. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
