Layout: The recently restored apartment has retained the original Tuscan farmhouse architecture while incorporating kitchen, bathroom and central heating , making it suitable for year round occupation. This comfortable apartment is on two levels with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The living room on the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen.The independent entry is in front of the park and there is a private space to eat outside. The apartment is furnished with a combination of modern and antique Tuscan pieces and is very comfortable. Wood-beamed ceilings and Terra-cotta floors maintain the typical Tuscan architecture intact.
