Ancient hunter's house transformed over time into a country villa, set inside a property of 6 hectares with olive tree grove and situated at the gates of the medieval hamlet of Stimigliano. The house is positioned on top of a hill and offers a 360° panorama of the Tevere valley and the gentle hills of the Sabina. Peaceful position. Private garden (5,000 m2) where you can find a pleasant chapel and a wood burning oven.
Parking. DISTANCES: 1 km Stimigliano (all kinds of shops), 10 km Abbazia di Vescovio, 25 km Abbazia di Farfa, 60 km Viterbo and Rome ( can easily be reached by the metro train from the Stimigliano Scalo station 2 km away).
ACCOMMODATION: (350 m2) Gr. fl.: entrance, 1 bedroom/study with two beds and bathroom with shower, games room with high window (billiards and bagatelle/table football). 1st fl.: living/dining room with fireplace, study/library, living room with fireplace (these three rooms face the two terraces), kitchen/dining room (barbecue, dishwasher, freezer), 2 double bedrooms with terrace one of which with bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath. A portion of the ground floor of the villa is inhabited by the caretakers, who are available for services. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
