The cozy apartment is a loft style apartment furnished with all the conveniences. You will have wonderful dreams in our self designed and built beds.
Come and enjoy our 120acres surrounded by meadows and forests for hiking the Bruce Trail, Canoeing the Beaver River or the great winter activities, next to relaxing on our porch and the natural swimming pond.

    The cozy apartment is close by to our private home with three B&B units, if you are more than 6 people feel free to ask for additional suites or the whole place (sleeps 18).

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 20 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 0.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 10$ will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
