Waterfront cottage in Thornbury. This is the first time this cottage has ever been offered to the public. It has been the gem of this family for 45 years. It is on one of the best lots on this waterfront road. It has a gentle slope from the road to the water and the cottage is in the middle, great for kids, there has been so many family memories taken from here, you will experience the same.

The kitchen and living room have undergone an extensive renovation, adding new sofa's, new 42 inch HD TV, stainless appliances, wine fridge , new counter top, new faucets and new lighting

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Email Money Transfer
Currently we can only accept paypal and email money transfer or personal checks must clear 14 days prior to your stay
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 130 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 100.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
