Zosia Chalet

We are located on a quiet and short dead end street ending at the beach #2 area, only a minute walk to the beach entrance. It is just minuets away from the main strip and beach area #1. The beach is easily accessible and basically for local residents only, since there is no traffic or parking allowed on the street at any time, other then local residents.

The Chalet has two levels and there are three king size beds on the upper level, together with a couple of pullout couches and lover level with separate kitchen and entrance, with a couple of double size beds and a a double size pullouts.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 AM.
• All pets are allowed.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
