Beautiful stone-built villa (180 m2) on the border between Umbria and Lazio in a beautiful position (465 m a.s.l) on the side of an enchanting valley known also as the Valle Santa (Saint s valley) on account of some 4 sanctuaries dedicated to St Francis and in the centre there is the lake of Ripasottile. Peaceful position. Enclosed and equipped lawn. Equipped porch (washing machine). The owner has access to the property and to the basement in order to tend the garden. Possibility to rent the same accommodation for 6-8 people under the name TRECIPRESSI 8, in this case the attic will be closed. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
