Pleasant, peaceful farmhouse (140 m2) set inside a private property of 400 hectares. The house is located on the side of a hill that overlooks the ancient Civita and the valley below. Beautiful, panoramic views of Civita and the surrounding valleys. Particularly peaceful position. The house has a large lawn with swimming pool (5x10) for the private use of the guests. Access to the house along 0.7 km of dirt track road. Parking. DISTANCES: 400 m as the crow flies from Civita di Bagnoregio, one of the most visited historic centres in the Lazio region. 4.7 km Bagnoregio (all kinds of shops), 12 km Lake of Bolsena (small bathing facilities, free beaches, sailing), 20 km Orivieto, 50 km Todi.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room with fireplace and 2 accesses to the outside, kitchenette (oven, freezer), 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. From the living room going down a few stairs you access a twin bedded room with 2 additional beds (suitable for teenagers) and 1 bathroom with bath. 1st fl.: (communicates with the gr. floor only by means of an external staircase) living/dining room (TV) with fireplace, kitchen corner (oven, freezer), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath. 2nd fl.: 1 large double bedroom with bunk beds, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
