Situated on 20 acres of private land (exceptional for St Barth) with a 300 meter private, drive to the villa. Large 60m², comfortable, living room. Satellite TV, surround sound, terrace speakers, etc. Large glass sliding doors opening onto the terrace that runs in front of the living room area to the bedrooms. Very large showers in the bathrooms. The edgeless pool seems to be suspended in the air and at sunset... Just look at the photos!

In August 2010 we added a 5 person Hot Spa which faces the sunsets!
The bedrooms are air conditioned.
The large living area has three large fully opening doors which open onto the large and wide terrace. The pool is just a plunge away and nearly always is at 28° to 32°.
There are teak chairs, a teak dining table, teak loungers and beach towels. There is a gas BBQ for grilled lobsters or whatever else you fancy!
This is a very popular villa and we will take bookings a year in advance. Should there be some gaps between bookings of less than 7 days, we are happy to offer a nice discount. Do ask.
