Rental is quoted using TWO bedrooms. Guests only using ONE bedroom have a discounted price. The High season daily rate of $586 is dropped to $464. The low season daily rate of $757 is dropped to $672.
Children under 8 must be accompanied by parents in their room.
Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms.

The kitchen, stainless steel and blue granite, was imported from France. There is also a gas BBQ with some super recipe books!
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This fully air conditioned bedroom is called Saba because from the super comfortable large double canopied bed you can see the Island of Saba across the Caribbean sea. There are also views across the pool to St Marteen!
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This fully air conditioned bedroom is called St Eustache because from the super comfortable large double bed (or it can be two singles) you can see the Island of St Eustache across the Caribbean sea. There is an additional "z" bed if required.
The large airy living room, with 2 comfortable loungers and 2 settees, is about 60 m² and comprises a bar, which we call the sunset bar, some antique furniture and a music and video centre plus a DVD / CD player, satellite TV (DIRECTV) with a large flat screen TV.
You can connect, from the bar area, your IPod, MP3 or Computer (sound line out) to the surround sound Yamaha amplifier. Full and easy instructions in the Villa. There are also terrace speakers.
There is an open WI-FI connection for fast Internet.
There is a selection of CD's and numerous books to read with a few games in the cupboards. DVD’s can be rented from the Crazy Shop next to the Match Supermarket.
There are two large fully opening doors that open onto the pool area.
A fully fitted kitchen imported from France with blue granite work-tops, a breakfast table and a guest toilette complete the living area.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
From the villa, which faces due west for the sunset, you have a 200° view across the Caribbean sea, from, in the north, St. Marteen and in the South the port of Gustavia. The Islands of St. Marteen, Saba, St. Eustache, St. Kitts, Nevis and St. John are clearly visible.
The house is some 70 meters above the sea and often one can see turtles swimming in the sea below.
Both bedrooms are air conditioned.
The large living area (60m²) has three large fully opening doors which open onto the large and wide terrace. The pool is just a plunge away and is nearly always a refreshing temperature at 28° to 30°.
• St Barthelemy (SBH) Airport is within a 10 minute(s) drive. This is a small plane airport (max 19 seater) so no noise! It is 10 minutes from the Villa. Watching the small planes landing on St Barts is a must! Owner can arrange local flights to and from St Barts.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). By car it is about 5 minutes to the bakers and about 10 minutes to the supermarket. Dining is a 10 minute minute drive to Gustavia (the capital) where there are restaurants everywhere.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) drive. There are 22 beaches on St Barts. Colombier is the best and is a 10 minute walk from Flamands (also a beautiful beach) also St Jean, Governors, etc etc. There are 22 beaches on the Island, none of which are very far away. The nearest is Colombier (a walk from Flamands) or St Jean or Flamands.
• Nearby Attractions: There are various water sports available. Hire for a hour or more Jet skis and tour the Island. Motor boats and Yachts can also be rented. Surf boarding is very popular here too as is wind surfing off the beach at St Jean.
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
