The longere overlooks the grounds of the manoir which include fields and a small lake.
• Dinard Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. All main channel ports are also within reasonable access. St Malo - 30 minutes, Caen 2 hours and Calais 5 hours.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are a variety of local restaurants serving typical French cuisine, pizza or seafood. There is excellent grocery shopping within 10 minutes drive and local bakeries for bread and pastries.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
