Goose Spit ocean is a 5 minute walk/transit from the property. The fine sand beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. There is a public boat launch ramp.
Goose Spit has low tides with large stretches of sandbars. The Town of Comox has a marina with a boat ramp just a 10 min walk from the property. Also a great place to buy fresh seafood from local fisherman. Stotan Falls & Nymph Falls are popular river swimming spots. Comox Lake is also popular for swimming and water sports such as water skiing and wakeboarding
Ski/Board Out is a 30 minute drive to the ski resort parking lot.
Famous Mt. Washington Alpine Resort often boasts the largest snowfall annually in Canada. Mt. Washington was host to the Nordic Athletes for training for the Vancouver Olympics. Visit the mountain year round for alpine meadow hikes, winter sports, including snow shoeing.

Goose Spit Beach Park, Filberg Festival at Filberg Heritage Lodge & Park, Diving 6 Gill Sharks and Art & Artisans are about a 15 minute walk from the property. Jacques Cousteau rated the waters near the Comox Valley as the "second best cold water diving destination in the world". Divers can view the 12 foot long six-gill sharks at one of the popular diving sites.

Crown Isle Golf Course, Comox Golf Course & Driving Range, Glacier Greens, Sunnydale Golf Course and Longlands are about a 5 minute drive/taxi from the property.
