It's hard to imagine that this tranquil cortijo, surrounded by olive groves, was once a small and neglected tumble-down cottage! It is now beautifully restored to make the most of its superb location and sensational views. Rescued from neglect, this house has now been transformed into a delightful property, which retains the original old fireplace and stone floors. The building has been restored to its former glory and is sympathetically furnished and decorated with hand woven textiles and antique farm tools. LineBreak/Steps lead from the covered upper terrace down to the pool where wonderful panoramic views extend over almond trees and olive groves across to the glittering blue Mediterranean sea. A good choice of shops is available in the bustling village of Cómpeta, which also includes many restaurants and bars, while the beaches at Nerja are just 18 km away. In fact this property is ideally placed for enjoying not only the spectacular mountain scenery that this area offers, but it is also within a convenient short drive of popular coastal resorts and attractions. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
