This lovely finca occupies a marvellous position on a hillside, surrounded by olive trees, almond groves and grape vines and has magnificent panoramic views down to the sea. This property would suit a large family or group of friends sharing. The terrace spans the length of the property, interrupted only by an old olive tree and the pool, which is illuminated at night. Also adjacent to the terrace is a deck area which provides a further area for relaxation and dining, which can also be illuminated at night. The pool enjoys the best position of all with magnificent views down the valley to the sea. There's a covered dining area where you can eat or relax in the shade. The hillside village of Cómpeta, a typically Andalucían village with a selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, lies just 2 km away. It is also well placed to provide access to the Sierra Almijara wildlife reserve - an outstandingly beautiful national park. A good choice of shops is available in the bustling village of Cómpeta, which also includes many restaurants and bars, while the beaches at Nerja are just 18 km away. In fact this property is ideally placed for enjoying not only the spectacular mountain scenery that this area offers, but it is also within a convenient short drive of popular coastal resorts and attractions. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
