The owners have furnished this property with great flair and style. Three very comfortable black leather sofas nestle around the large wood-burning stove, and the windows on either side offer superb views. over the surrounding area. The house has full central heating, so is an ideal choice for a winter holiday too. The swimming pool is situated to the side, with plenty of space to sunbathe and relax. The nearby village of Cómpeta has a lively atmosphere and its cobbled streets and attractive square house a wealth of little shops, bars and restaurants. For a day at the beach, there are several to choose from within an easy drive, including a good choice at the bustling resort of Nerja. A good choice of shops is available in the bustling village of Cómpeta, which also includes many restaurants and bars, while the beaches at Nerja are just 18 km away. In fact this property is ideally placed for enjoying not only the spectacular mountain scenery that this area offers, but it is also within a convenient short drive of popular coastal resorts and attractions. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
