Modern unit style kitchen with fitted fridge / freezer, cooker and 4 ring hob, twin sinks, washing machine and is fully equipped with glasses, cutlery and dishware.

Master en-suite bedroom fitted with king size bed, wardrobe, electric ceiling fan and fitted with double door direct access to patio.
1 Double Bed. Double bedroom with wardrobe and east facing window getting morning sun.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, one basin and bidet.
The view directly south looks over the valley of olive and almond grove and onwards to the Mediterranean sea.
The cottage is located on its own site of 8000sqm of olive and almond groves and is very private. The nearest other property is approx 100m away. The village of Competa is close to the smaller village of Canillas de Albaida, approximately 2kms, both of which can easily be reached on foot, which is perfect for visitors wishing to eat out in one of the many fine local restaurants and who wish to take a drink with their meal. Both villages are served very well with supermarkets and splendid gift shops. The many fine coastal areas and resorts such as Nerja, Torrox Costa, Torre Del Mar and Malage are all close by car or public bus. The whole area is a walker's paradise with a wide range of walks in the National park accessed directly from the cottage. Tennis, pony trekking and horse-riding and even paragliding. The historic cities of Granada, Cordoba and Seville are all an easy drive.
All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
