Distances
The villa is 230 steps above the ocean level, but it feels like 460 steps coming back up. It is not recommended that this be used as a beach. Just down the road (10 minutes walking) from the complex is Caletta Beach. Pie de La Cuesta Beach is about a 100 peso cab ride away and is a 7 mile long stretch of sand, where you can enjoy horseback riding, lots of beach side restaurants and surfing. You can easily walk to the Caletta area where there are lots of restaurants, markets and attractions. To reach the hustle & bustle of downtown Acapulco, you are about a 10 minute cab drive, which should cost you under 50 pesos. Cabs are readily available locally.
This complex is high up on the cliff, overlooking the Pacific and La Roqueta, but close enough to Caletta Beach to walk. There are many world class golf courses in Acapulco. |
