Outdoor pool. The Outer Courtyard will have a hot tub, an outdoor shower, a landscaped deck, and a BBQ and picnic table area. The Inner Courtyard will have a landscaped deck, with a BBQ area, and a hot tub. Future games room will have pool tables, games, a bar area and large screen TV. Fitness center will have treadmills, exercise bikes, and weightlifting equipment, steam room, and men's and ladies' showers.. |

Distances
The beach (Rotary Beach) is a 1 minute walk. There are several others in the area. There are two high end restaurants located directly across the road. Thre is a convenience store located within a 3 minute walk. The nearest ski resort is a 25 minute drive. That is a small local hill called 'Crystal Mountain'. World class ski resorts Big White and Silver Star, are a one hour and 75 minute drive away. There are more than 10 golf courses nearby with one as close as a 2 minute drive. The Okanagan is knows for its golfing, and also it's wineries. Transit buses are 1 minute away. Kelowna International Airport is a 25 minute drive. |
