| Distances This complex is located on the waterfront. The closest beach area is on the shore of a park about 1/4 mile from the unit. It is on an enclosed, extensive, lagoon system so there is no wave or tidal action. The park includes a children's play area and tennis courts. The water is reasonably clear though the development pool water is much clearer. The closest shopping is a short walk away and it includes a couple of resraurants, minimarket and post office. The nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes further away. There is lots of shopping, dining and entertainment within a 10-15 minute drive. Connection to a San Francisco Bay shore walking/biking trail is about 1 mile away. The Pacific Ocean and closest beach town, Half Moon Bay, is about 15 miles away. The nearest skiing is the Lake Tahoe/ Sierra Nevada Area, about a 3 1/2 hour drive away. There are numerous golf courses within a 15-30 minute drive. |
