Swimming pool, tennis courts. It is 15 to 20 minute drive to the golf courses on Sanibel, and there are many off island which might take up to 35-45 minutes to reach.
 
Distances
A two-minute walk down the private path across a natural bayou leads to one of the world's premier shelling beaches. While the complex is "on the beach" theoretically, it is behind a lagoon. To reach the ocean, 50 yards from the complex, one crosses a little wooden footbridge over the lagoon and takes a small sandy path to the beach. Only a ten minute drive from restaurants and shopping. Sanibel Island is connected by toll bridge to the Florida mainland, and is easily reached by car. The Southwest Florida International Airport is located about 30 minutes northeast, at Fort Myers.
