Charming apartment (60 m2) in an elegant residence in Conca dei Marini, near Amalfi (all kinds of shops). Equipped bathing facilities with restaurant/pizzeria, bar, children's pool and boat hire. Equipped and shaded garden. Midweekly cleaning is available on request and upon payment. Laundry service carried out by the staff in the residence. Pay parking 100 m away. It is possible to book the apartment for 2-4 sleeping spaces under the name VISPETTA 4: in this case the double bedroom (1.40 cm wide bed) will not be available and neither will the bathroom with shower not communicating with the apartment and accessed only from the garden.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV) with two divan beds and kitchen corner (oven, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath. Not communicating with the apartment and can only be accessed from the garden: 1 double bedroom (1.40 cm bed width), 1 bathroom with shower. Due to the unique structure of the apartment more than 2 small children are not accepted.
LOCATION: 4 km Amalfi, 10 km Positano, 55 km Naples. You can access the sea (rocky shore) by crossing the street below and waking along a path for about 200 m or by taking a pay bus service.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
