Guests may only arrive on: Sunday and Saturday.
In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday.

The house has a stunning view on the mystic Monastery of Santa Rosa. The house overlooks the Conca dei Marini bay, a nice stretch of the Amalfi coast and its white Mediterranean style houses.
This little villa is ideal for tourists who are interested in finding a quiet place away from the crowds of Amalfi centre. Suspended between the blue sky and the clear water of the bay of Conca, it is surrounded by gardens, olive and grapes trees. It is on two levels. At the ground floor, in front of the living-kitchen room you'll find a spectacular equipped terrace and garden with an incredible view.

The house is reachable by 130 steps from the main road and is near the Conca centre where you can shop for food.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. It is only one minutes walk to the beautiful beach of Atrani.
• Nearby Attractions: Emerald Grotto in Conca dei Marini at 5 kms. Pompei and Ercolano ruins at 1 hour drive. Positano at 30 minutes. Amalfi with its Duomo and the paper mills. Ravello and the breathtaking views from the Villas Cimbrone and Rufolo is minutes away. Capri at 1 by ferry departing from the harbour of Amalfi: to visit there the Mount Solaro and the Blu Grotto. Sorrento at 25 kms. The Greek temples of Paestum at 2 hours drive. Caserta Royal Palace (little Versailles) at 2 hours drive. The magnificent town of Naples at 1hour and 30 minutes by car or 2 hours by public transportations bus+train. The Vesuvio, the only active volcano in Europe mainland at 1 hour drive.
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.
