Between June 1 and September 29 Guests may only arrive on: Sunday and Saturday.
In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday.

1 Double Bed. From the living room you will also be able to enter the bedroom with a double bed, which has a balcony with an exclusive view of the sea and the sky.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, one basin and bidet.
The spectacular night show of the lights of the coast and of the boats at sea will be the romantic background of your dinners under the stars.
This villa dominates the view from the hill-top facing Praiano and Capo di Conca. This property is ideal for family groups. The floors are tiled with luminous hand-painted Vietri tiles, and among the sober and refined pieces of furniture you will find authentic antique pieces. The villa has a wide living room, furnished with an antique fireplace, a sofa, and a table. From the living room, through an arched glass wall, you will enter the white terrace, equipped with deck chairs and garden furniture, from which you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea. From this terrace external stairs lead to the roof terrace of the house.
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
