• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Sierra Nevada is 50 km away from the village.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). In the village there are two bars, one restaurants, and a baker. Durcal is the nearest town (7 km away) with shops, bars, restaurants, banks, and shopping centers.
• The beach is half an hour drive. The village has no beach, but there are plenty at about 45 km away (half an hour drive).

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
50% of booking is to be paid by transferring it to our account. The other 50% is to be paid by cash on arrival.

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
