Our apartment features two separate rooms both with air conditioners, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchenette and a large 16-ft double glassed-in terrace off the Master Bedroom, which offers fabulous views of the sunsets over the vast Nichupta Lagoon.
The Living Room has 2 sofas (accommodates 2 Adults on pull-out twin sized beds and 2 children (fixed frame sofas) or up to 4 children.
The LR features completely equipped kitchenette line with full sized 4-burner stove with an oven, US-sized fridge with a top-freezer, blender, coffee maker, toaster, plates, pots and pans and all utensils you might need.
The Master BR sleeps up to 4 Adults (on 2 double beds), A/C, Ceiling fan, TV, DVD, a sitting corner, armoires, iron, safety deposit box and more. The glassed-in terrace also has a full sized futon, hammock, screened doors, portable fan, dimmer lights, and cozy nook.
On the premises there are: a basic mini-mart shop, day cafe, swim-up bar, 2 pools, 24 hour security, fantastic beach and a convenient Laundromat (full service). Pool lounges, beach chairs and palapas are provided. Free parking in front of the entry gate in an off-street, semi-circular driveway.
Smoking permitted only on the terrace or in the garden - ashtrays are provided. We appreciate your respecting it. Free Wi-Fi internet access available in the complex; ask us about private access.
