(2 staircase entrances): lounge, 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin-bedded rooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower. Simple style but complete furniture. Telephone. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
