Situated on a unique 3/4 of an acre of forest and private green space. We are on a quiet cull de sac location in an established neighborhood. A place where neighbor's still wave to each other and say hello. Our newly renovated suite features a separate entrance, sectional couch,pub table with view's to the forest for working on your lap top. Laminate floors through out. Gas fireplace for those chilly nights. The kitchen has a table for four with full size new fridge ,stove and microwave.. typically our guests are in the film industry, relocating to the area, separation or construction delays

The suite backs onto a greenbelt with beautiful trees.. There is a nice area to sit outside and have a glass of wine.We are located on 3/4 of an acre. Smoking is permitted outside of unit. The side yard has an area for pets. Table and chairs for outdoor dining on the patio. Access to our fresh herb garden for those who like to cook. Check with owner's direct on longer stays for specials or discounts.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Cash - Email Money Transfer
Company Cheque's are accepted.. Monthly invoice can be provided
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 5.00 per day per pet will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.00 per visit.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
