Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
If 50% booking deposit is NOT received within 7 days and we have another booking in line,reservation can be canceled by owner - Damage Deposit will be returned within 7 days. RATES ARE SUBJECT TO FLUCTUATION.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
