There is a toilet / washroom downstairs and another full bathroom offering en-suite facilities to the double bedroom. There is a hairdryer in each bathroom and plenty of towels.

The living / dining and kitchen area's are open plan and lead via double glazed doors to a screened lanai where there is outdoor seating and a hot tub (not to be missed !)

The rear aspect to the home is private with pond and garden views. Make friends with the ducks !

The kitchen area is fully equipped with large double door fridge freezer (plus ice making), range, oven, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided.
