1 King Bed (sleeps 2). First floor: master bedroom with ensuite shower and its own walk in wardrobe with a large veranda with a fantastic sea view, and the Akamas and the mountains in the distance.

The Akamas Peninsula to the north west of Paphos is a unique un spoiled national park. Only 15 minutes from the villa is the totally unspoiled famous Turtle Beach at Lara Bay – you often literally can have it all to your self. For nature lovers the Akamas has remarkably diverse features in vegetation, wildlife, and beautiful landscapes and coasts. You will not find a better view in the area. The view of the sea below, and the hills around especially at sunset, mean that you do not need to leave the pool side or BBQ at all.
• Paphos airport 40 minutes away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). You can walk to the nearest Greek diner and small shop, however Coral Bay is a 5 minute drive away with a wide range of shops and bars and places to eat.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a beach that is absolutely beautiful that is under a 10 minute walk from the villa and can be seen from the villa. This has both sand and rocks and its part of the sea caves in St Georges. Less than a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute car drive is the beautiful harbour of St Georges which is extremely beautiful over looked by St Georges church and St Georges restaurant. There is a small café and sun beds.
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
